If you are the recipient of the Lead, you must pull open the Lead assigned. If the Lead is already assigned to you, it should appear in your Sales Account Dashboard under the MY LEADS panel.
Upon opening the Lead, you must change the Status and the Owner fields.
The Status needs to change from 1-To enrich and adjusted to 2- To qualify. This indicates you have acknowledged the assigned lead, and are moving forward with the customer.
*If this Lead has been assigned to you, and you are the intended Owner, please skip this section.
If you need to update the Owner of the Lead, you must select the three dots all the way to the right of the field.
A new box will appear, and you can either scroll down, or enter your name in the Search field.
You need to keep an eye on the “Selected” tab to ensure there are no others assigned to the Lead. If there is, make sure to clear the Search field, and click “Selected)
Anyone that is highlighted in blue, will also see this lead. If you need to remove all individuals except yourself, simply click on all names to remove the blue highlight.
When the correct individuals are under the Selected tab, you are ready to Save.
The Lead will now populate in the “MY LEADS” Panel on the Sales Account Dashboard for the Owner of the Lead.
