If you are having issues while calling or taking calls from the road, I suggest the following:

Depending on you type of phone, this is for an IPHONE:

Open the RIngCentral Phone Application on your Phone.
Chose the Threes Dots in the Upper Corner and choose <Phone Settings>
When in Phone Setting, choose <Direct Dial Data>
When is Direct Dial Data choose either <WIFI or carrier minutes> or <Carrier minutes only>
