A recent system change happened and Volvo IT no longer has the ability to reset passwords. It has to be done by the employee needing the password reset through their website which is https://password.volvo.com/


In addition, the password guidelines changed over the weekend:
  • If you have 5 failed attempts in 2 minutes you will be locked out for 9 hours
  • If you spread out your attempts longer than 2 minutes it will lock out after 10 attempts
  • Make sure to change your password before it expires. That could alleviate a lot of frustrations.
