If you have already checked for updates on your computer and are seeing issues with your docking station not connecting USB devices or not displaying your monitors, please try the following:

Instructions

Step 1 -  Unplug computer from dock (usb-c cable)

Step 2 -  Unplug dock from power/ac adapter

Step 3 - Hold power button on top of dock for 15-30 seconds

Step 4 - Plug power/ac adapter back into dock. It is important that the computer is NOT connected to the dock when you power up the dock.

Step 5 - Wait 15-30 seconds for the dock to 'boot' before proceeding.  You do not need to touch the dock at all, just wait.

Step 6 -  Plug the computer back into the dock with the usb-c type cable

We have found that this resolves MOST issues if there's something strange happening with the dock.

If it it still doesn't work after doing this, try these steps below:

  1. Unplug your dock from your laptop.

  2. Open Device Manager (Use Task Bar search by typing Device Manager)

  3. Go to the USB Connector Managers and then hit drop down so UCM-UCSI ACPI Device appears.

  4. Right click over UCM-UCSI ACPI Device and hit Uninstall Device (If an option saying Delete with a check box appears next to it DO NOT check/tick the box! We only want to uninstall it not delete it!) Confirm the uninstall when it asks.

  5. Shut down and switch back on your laptop/computer. Don't restart as it doesn't work just doing that (Make sure to leave your charger unplugged)

  6. Once logged in, plug dock back in and check if issue has resolved
