This setting in Fusion makes it so when maximizing forms, it scales everything up so it's easier to read.
Under the View tab on the top of the screen, check Zoom On Maximize.
Note that this doesn't work on every application/form within Fusion, but will automatically zoom in on maximized windows if it is able to.
