If Using Google Chrome:

  • Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right to pull up the menu. Select the Delete Browsing Data.

  • Go to the Advanced tab and make sure to set the time range to All Time. There are several options for what you can clear, but typically the following two options are used when troubleshooting browser issues. Click Clear Data.


If Using Microsoft Edge:

  • Click the three horizontal dots in the upper-right to pull up the menu, and click History, or press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
  • Click the three dots that pop up in the History tab, and then Clear Browsing Data.
  • Set time range to All Time. There are several options for what you can clear, but typically the following two options are used when troubleshooting browser issues.  Click Clear Now.
