1. Open Power BI Apps home

2. Navigate to the App where your report is housed.

3. Once you find the report you want to edit within the App click the three dots on top of the report and select Open Lineage View.



4. Once the Lineage view has taken you to the where the dataset and report are, open the report by clicking the arrow circled below



5. Click the Edit button which will take you to the report editor. From here you will be able to add or remove columns and filters.


6a. Adding a new Filter. Make sure you are clicked on the visual/table you want to edit. Drag and drop the field you want to add as a filter to the "Filters on this Visual Section". Once you are done with that click save under file. 



6b. Adding a new column. Click the check mark in the fields while you are clicked on the visual you want to edit. Once you are done with that click save under file.
