Here are the step to change the Emergency On-Call Help Desk to another oncall Agent/Person"


Login to the RingCentral Admin Console (using your Google Workspace Account):


https://service.ringcentral.com/

  1. Click on Users
  2. Enter the Name of the Account -->  ZelpDesk Enterprises
  3. Click on the Account Name
  4. From the options in the right panel, choose:  "Call Handling"




  • Select Edit








Search for the Person you are handing it over. Select



 Finally Save



Please call the Person and let them know they are having the Helpdesk call for the week( Warm Hand off)
