Here are the step to change the Emergency On-Call Help Desk to another oncall Agent/Person"
Login to the RingCentral Admin Console (using your Google Workspace Account):
https://service.ringcentral.com/
- Click on Users
- Enter the Name of the Account --> ZelpDesk Enterprises
- Click on the Account Name
- From the options in the right panel, choose: "Call Handling"
Choose "Call Rules and Voicemail", and then select "Incoming Calls:".
Scroll down to the bottom until you see the "If No-one Answers" setting. Open this entry, and then set it to the needed IT Employee. MAKE SURE TO HIT SAVE AFTERWARDS
