All of the headsets that were provided by IT are "plug and play". There should not be any additional configuration necessary.
If you're having issues with your headset, use the following troubleshooting steps:
Changing the Audio Settings in the RingCentral Desktop Application
Once logged into the RingCentral desktop client, you can change the audio settings in the Settings section.
The headsets that were provided are named the following:

- You have to have the dongle plugged in first, wait for it to start flashing a blue light, and then put the headset in pair mode by holding down the multifunction button
- To Reset the Pairing Record:
- Unplug the headphones from their charging port. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Wait for the LED light to blink to indicate that you have successfully reset your headphones

- You have to plug the headset and the dongle in to the computer at the same time,
the headset has to be on the dock first, and then you can plug it in

To Reset the Pairing Record:
In the pairing mode (The indicator of the headset flashes in red & blue alternately), press and hold the multi-function button and volume button for 5 seconds simultaneously, to clear the pairing record(reset the headset)
When the purple indicator light flashes once, that means the pairing record has been cleared and M7 will be not reconnected to the previously connected device automatically

Changing the Audio Settings While in a Video Meeting
While in a video meeting, select the up arrow next to your mute button and select the appropriate microphone and speaker.
Changing the Windows Audio Settings
If you're still having issues changing the audio, check the Windows audio settings.
In the Windows search bar, type in "Sound" and press Enter.
The Sound settings will then display.
Make sure that the Output and Input devices are the correct ones (listed above).
