The Application can be downloaded directly from the Apple Store or Play Store.
Here is what the application install page looks like on IoS/ Apple devices (Left), and Android Devices (Right):
On your device, open FortiToken Mobile. If this is your first time opening the application, it may prompt you to create a PIN for secure access to the application and tokens.
For cell phone configuration:
Once installed, open of the application and add a connection.
Option A: Select "SCAN BARCODE", then for the QR code in your activation email if you have received one (you will need to click on the attachment to view the full code).
Option B:
Select "ENTER MANUALLY", then "Fortinet" account. For the user name, enter as you would for signing into the VPN (first letter of first name, then first four letters of your last name most likely). On the line below you will enter the activation code you received via email.
Once configured you will start seeing a rotating code like below:
You will use the current code in the "Token" Field after you enter your user name and password and you click on "connect". You may not be prompted for this code right after you configure, if you are able to sign into VPN with out it, there is no concern.
