Salesforce Inbox
1. Gmail Users: Install the Chrome Extension from the Chrome Webstore * Gmail Chrome
extension only works with the Chrome browser. Only Outlook Web Access is available at
this time.
2. After installing the Salesforce Inbox Chrome Extension, log into your Gmail account then
click Sign In on the Salesforce Inbox Chrome Extension panel on the right side of your
Inbox.
3. Click on the blue Salesforce button NOT the SalesforceIQ CRM link.
4. Login to your Salesforce account with your username and password.
5. Allow Salesforce access to your account.
6. You’re now connected.
In Salesforce, when you navigate to your Activities and click Email, you will want to select
“Send through Salesforce”.
In your Gmail Account, Salesforce Inbox will appear on the right hand side of your screen.
When you receive emails, you will be able to associate them to existing records or Create a
New Record right from your email. You can also log the emails to Salesforce through the Cloud
icon beside the time of the email. On the left hand side you have access to Mass Emailing,
Scheduling Emails and Read Receipts.
