All Ricoh toner must be ordered through Ricoh as we have a contract for all toner ordered. Please follow these directions to create a Ricoh account to begin ordering toner for your branch:
- Go to https://my.ricoh-usa.com/ and select "Register New User":
This will open the following Account registration Page:
- Use your JXE email for account creation
- Input your branches Ricoh devices Serial number. Ignore the Account number option
- Input your information, including work number and Extension.
- Finally, click on the Captcha and Submit registration
If form was completed correctly you will receive an email immediately in order to verify account:
